Not able to attach and attachment in the Service Portal form

HI Everyone
While Performing ATF step for adding an attachement in the mandatory Variable on the Service Portal form, I am not able to attach the attachment in the Service Portal form, by usind Add attachment to form(SP) Test step and i am not able to attach the record, so please help me to provide solution on this issue

When using the test step "Add Attachments to Form (SP)" - there is a chance of a successfully completed test step to attach to the catalog item on the service portal page. Whether this is successful or not depends on the customizations on the page.
According to ServiceNow this is a known issue.
