Hello,
Some of Kb articles in our system have no versions listed in Article versions related list, because of which we are not able to edit them. Checkout option is not available. When we retire the knowledge article still we are not able to edit the article. We tried using User criteria but it did not work. Please suggest some solution so that we can edit the article.

Please go into User Criteria Diagnostics to troubleshoot.
