Allowing snc_external role to upload attachements

Hello everyone,

So in my instance i have activated the external user registration and i need these registered users to be able to download attachements on a record producer.

Is there anyway to bypass snc_external users not being able to use attachements?

well I think it all about the attachments table and security rules there- typically say a person emails an instance- a person whose user record doesnt exist and emails with an attachment- that persons email gets converted to a ticket and attachment is included- so i wonder unless this is handled differently security can allow this action.
