not able to hide the field in catalog item

HI All,

I have integration between servicenow and 3rd party application. Evertything is working fine, all the data flows correctly in ServiceNow but i have a small issue. there is a field on form i.e. field A, it should be hidden when field B has a value 'abc'.

I tried with catalog script but it is not working. I tired with UI Policy as well but no luck.

It is working fine when we raise the request manually in ServiceNow.

Any lead please!!
