Hello,
When i tried to run a report on incident metric table, I was not able to view any columns under the incident metric table. So i have added metric_admin role and checked once again. Now i can only see the columns under that table in reports, but when i run the report it says "Security constraints prevent access to requested page".
Please help me out what causing this issue. Is it regarding some role or any restrictions like ACL's applied on the incident metric table?
If it is role issue, then which role will give permissions to run the report?
If it is ACL issue, then how to check and resolve the issue?

Hello abi
I believe metric_admin role doesn't helps here to get rid of the 'Security Constraints' error data.
I recommend you to create an 'read' ACL one for 'metric_instance' and other for 'metric_definition' table and assign the roles which you may want.
Please hit correct based on the response.
Regards!

Hi Nitin,
Does this allow the users to run the report or just view a report?? I see there is metric instance and metric definition in my instance, but i am not able to edit them to add conditions. Please guide me if you can.
Thanks,
KP
