Hello All,
When I try to navigate to service portal page in ATF and enter search string into search box and click on search button, the page is not navigated to the search result page.
In my primary investigation I was able to find that the search string I entered into the search box (in ATF test) is actually not considered as a search string value, so the search string value is null and therefore the search is not performed.
I tried using the manual page inspector to with these elements, and I found out that the search action is actually working when I manually enter the search string into the search box but when I use the manual page inspector to enter the string value and click on the search button search action will not work. (Please refer screenshots)
The steps I have performed in ATF are -
1.Open Service Portal Page
2. Set Component Values (Custom UI) [combobox input for search text box]
3.Click Component (Custom UI) [Click Search Button]
Can anyone please help me with how this issue can be solved? or are there any workaround in ATF to overcome this issue.
