Not Able to see New option and also not able to see the field details on the Workspace

Hello All,

 

I am working on the OOB Health and safety module. When i open the List view of the Injury and Illness records are not editable and even New option is not available

Also when i open the safety incident record and try to create the injury & illness from there the fields are showing empty.can anyhow help how to make these feilds visible in the oob health and safety workspace

Hi @prasanna8 ,

Make sure you have given either of these roles  sn_ohs_im.manager, sn_ohs_im.agent, or sn_ohs_im.operations_manager to the user.

HI @Community Alums Thank you for the suggestion. However, even after providing these roles its the same. And more ever i am worried why its not visible even to admin

Hi @prasanna8 

It's because  Health and safety  Module comes under Scoped application, all scoped applications has it's own roles and Admin role is for platform access not actually for your application itself.

so you need  to provide those roles i mentioned.
