Not able to see user criteria recently created due to security contraints

Hi all,
so I've created some new user criterias for our knowledge base, and I'm not able to see them when trying to configure the Can Read and Cannot Read for any of our Knowledge Articles..
Here's an example of one user criteria:
When trying to find them in the Can Read and Cannot Read when creating a KB Article :
Any guidance would be really appreciated,
