Not understanding "Prepare Forms using orm Builder" in ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals Lab

Hello,

I am currently learning ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Xanadu) and working on Lab 7.1.1 (Create UI Policy and Business Rule).

In Section 1, it says to “Prepare Forms using Form Builder”, but I am not understanding what exactly needs to be done in this step.

• I opened Form Builder, but I am confused about:
• which fields I should add
•  what changes I should make to the form
•  what the purpose of this step is before creating UI Policy and Business Rule

I am using the lab instance for provided for practice.

Can someone please explain this step clearly?
