What do you want us to do with this information? Are you having a question or are you happy that you found out this is something that can be done in ServiceNow?

Are you in need of a report to check on this, do you have existing reports that don't take these into account and you need them adjusted? Do you need to know how this happened, or do you need to prevent it?
