Notification Bell Icon maximum number of recipient

Hi ,

In our system bell notification goes to first 5 recipient only. Is 5 is max number of the bell icon notification.

if you are unable to update it using admin then raise a case with ServieNow and get it updated

glide.ui_notification.max_recipients

HI @ChanchalG 

 

Try changing the sys_property [glide.ui_notification.max_recipients]to a value greater than 5. Also, you can try using cache.do to see if that resolves the issue.
