Currently we use the Notification - Contract Threshold breached email to tell our contract Approver (Owner), Business Owner, Procurement Team Contact that the contract is going to expire in 90 days, 60 days, 30 days and when it has expired. Our contract manager would like for it to go to the Business Owner at 60 days, and no other time. I tried creating individual notifications. I tried removing the 60 days from the current notification and creating just a 60 day notification. None of those seemed to work probably because there is something going on in the background that I haven't thought of.
Any ideas how I can make this happen?

Sorry for the delay. I was surprised to find out this wasn't OOB. I have been trying to see what was changed.
Attached is that the Notification looks like now. It goes out at expiration, 30 days, 60 days and 90 days to expiration.
We want to remove the business user from all but the 60 day notification.
Substate is also Renewal Approved

Rajan, thank you for replying.
I'd be happy to share, but what do you mean by details on available fields?

Lisa,
As Karthik has mentioned, there isn't any OOB notification for 30,60, or 90 days, you will have to take help of other fields to identify that 30 days, 60 days or 90 days has passed.
Thanks,
Rajan Mehta
