Symptoms / Categories in Incident Managemnt Module

Hello,

Currently we have Categories and symptom list present in Incident Module which are being considered as insufficient. My client has requested to add more categories and symptom to the ones existing in the service now. (Screenshot below)

It would be great if you share the list of Category/Sub category and Issues/symptoms as a dump from any of the Service Now standard Service Now projects.

The attachements are the categories and sub categories.

I was looking for an excel dump (If u have) of Categories and its subsequent sub-categories (That u have provided in png format).
