Notification Email not showing in Activities Log

Hi,

In email notification email is coming but not able to see it in Activity log. Please help.

Target field is filled with the ticket number. It's not empty.

What do you mean by Email is coming?


It means the email gets sent when the notification gets triggered?


Notification is getting triggered but i am not able to see it in Activity Log.


if you see in email logs the status should be "sent". please validate. is   it happening on your PDI?


The status is Send - ready. Is it still in process?
