Notification Email not showing in Activities Log

Hi,

In email notification email is coming but not able to see it in Activity log. Please help.

Only sent (or received) states will appear in the Activity formatter.



please check email properties


What about the notification mails whose entries are not getting created in the email logs?

As we do not see for 1 mail notification, that should get captured in the Activity logs.

how are you executing your email notification? 

Whenever a record is updated or created on sc_req_item table.

have you checked if that notification is not subscribed? also check if "Send to event creator" is checked?
