Hello everybody,
I have this flow created, but I'm having trouble understanding the error. When I do tests using an example task_sla record, directly in the flow designer, it correctly triggers and triggers the notification, but activating the flow and letting it roll by itself, the trigger is not triggered at any time... Some guidance on ?

Hi,
Did you connect this Flow to an SLA record?

Each Flow that has a SLA trigger, must have a corresponding SLA definition that runs the Flow.
Similar to how a Flow that is triggered from Service Catalog must have a Catalog item that references which Flow to start.
