Hi all,
I have created few notifications on the knowledge feedback task table, which will trigger when the additional comments are updated and one when the state changes to resolved.
The notifications are not triggering even though it is a straightforward implementation. I also observed on the feedback task table, the comments updated are not adding to the activities. Only if the comments are added by the user with knowledge_admin role, the comments are getting added.
Please let me know if this is the expected behavior and the configuration setup behind this.
