User's primary email is empty in the Notification preferences. How should we fix this issue?

Hi @Devika ,
This is simply fixed. The primary email address is pulled form the users profile 'email' field. Make sure the users email address is populated as shown in the below screen shot.
Go to the user profile by typing 'Users' in the Navigation menu and select the option under 'User Administration'. Search for the / your user name and profile and update the email address and save the record.
The notification preference will reflect the change.
Here's a screen shot of the field that the email address is stored and pulled from:

Hi @Robbie
Thanks for your response. How the user data will, be pulled? Is it through integration or something else?

Hi - when I say it will be 'pulled' in, I simply mean that the notification settings and primary email point at the Users 'email' field. Sorry if I've confused you. No integration here...
Therefore, if an email address is set within the 'email' field of the user, it will be displayed within the 'Notification' preferences as per your screen shot and demonstrated by my screen shots.

Hi @Robbie
Got your point. But the issue in one of my user's case is, his email is shown in the user profile but in the notifications it is empty.
