reminder email trigger to assignee when the incident status is on hold after 2 working days.kindly help on this.

Hi @Vinya Jakkula ,
refer below hope it give clear idea.
1. Create a flow with trigger condition as incident table when state changes to onhold.
2. On Actions use Flow logic Wait duration of time and give 48 hours and select schedule.
3. Then If logic checking is it still on same state. Then Send an notification
