notification under 'Upcoming Tasks' on their homepage in SOW view

Hi Experts, 

 the assigned-to person,  should see the notification under 'Upcoming Tasks' on their homepage in SOW view. Also, the assigned-to person should receive the notification on MS Teams.

How to achieve this ? help me on this.
