Is there a way I can see if a notification was sent on a SCTASK? We currently don't have them populating in the task.

Hi @CathyD ,

Please check System Logs > Emails and search with SCTASK numbers and recipients' mail ids.

If I could help you with your Query then, please hit the Thumb Icon and mark it as Correct !!

Thanks & Regards,

Sumanth Meda.

Hi Cathy,
If i understand correctly you can check in emails table the emails sent/received

Hi @CathyD,

You certainly can. All emails sent and received within ServiceNow are stored in the ‘sys_email’ table.
You can view this table and log by typing ‘Emails’ in the navigation menu under ‘System Logs’.

To help others (or for me to help you more directly), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Helpful.

Thanks, Robbie

Hey @CathyD ,

Did you mean it's not being shown in the 'Activity' log?

If so, this article may help you.
