In the notifications What it will contain tab there is a reply to filed. Is there any way to have two email addresses in there. I tried putting a semicolon after the first email address but I got an invalid character message. I also tried putting a common after the first email address and then put in a second email address but when I replied to the email the ServiceNow mailbox was in the to filed.

I don't think that field supports more than one address. I think your options would be to 1) set it to a DL that forwards to the appropriate addresses, or 2) embed a mailto link in the body that the user would need to click on that creates a a reply with the emails filled in.

I was afraid someone would replay with that. I don't think they will setup and DL for this and I can barley get the user to click on the links that are currently in the notification. I will just leave the primary person in the reply to.

The issue that we are having is, we leave this field blank so the replies can be added to the request. If any other reply-to email is entered, this does not happen.
