Now Mobile Chatbot Branding

Hi all,

I have an ai agent which I configured in Now Mobile Chatbot for xyz project. That AI Agent is linked to xyz custom assistant designer. In it, I have given the xyz custom branding. 

But the branding is not getting applied in my now mobile chatbot

I have configured the name, logo/icon and colors for the chat but only name has been applied

Given that, my instance is domain seperated. In my xyz project domain I am working on this so only to xyz users this branding should be applied. 

Could anyone of you who has both knowledge in AI Agents as well as Now Mobile please guide me? If you need any more info please let me know!
