Hi
I am unable to generate Oauth Token via POST Man..
Below is the SS for the same getting 401 error.

As per you image .. you have written capital "Password"--> changed it to "password" it will work

thanks @Ravi Gaurav the issue was with capital "P" only. How you know all these ? This is incredible I have spent 1 whole day

I believe you are using admin credentials only.
Is the username password correct?
Is the client id and client secret correct?
Check the above points.

Check and confirm OAuth Application registration is active.
Check and confirm integration user is active & not locked out and has required roles. Below is a sample OAuth call,
