While Testing ODBC connection facing issue. ODBC ServiceNow Driver Failed to Initialize the Service Component.

That can be a tough one to troubleshoot as it is a general error. I found a few articles that seem related:

Last, but not least - make sure you've installed the correct version (32bit or 64bit) for your OS. I seem to recall that the 32bit will install on a 64bit system, but will encounter errors.
