'Ok' and 'Cancel' UI action buttons not working for Agent Workspace

Hi All,

 

I find that the 'OK' and 'Cancel' UI action buttons are not working for Agent Workspace although with the help of 'UI Page' the field values are showing up and I am able to fill them.

 

Can someone please help me in understanding where it is going wrong?

Pl Note : This is working fine when I am using the 'Pending' UI Action from Native view

Is it Agent workspace or Service Operation? Also on which record you are trying, share some steps.

Hi @chatsaurav19 

Please open both ui action and check "workspace form button" Is checked or not under workspace section.
