When edits are being made within the On-Call module, if you're further down in the calendar and edit the shift, the screen scrolls up to the new action window rather than the window being fixed where the user is. Users see value in the action pop-up being fixed rather than auto-scrolling up, which may take them away from the time on the calendar they are reviewing.
