Hi ServiceNow wizards
I need to create an On-Call Schedule report, I chose the specific date which is 2021 but when I ran the report it only goes back to 2023
Is this normal? is there a restriction?

Can you check the date in which the on-call roster's (cmn_rota_roster) "Start Date" is? I don't think the on-call report will come up with a schedule before that date. Only for dates according to the schedule it is based on fort future dates.
