Once i click on 'My Approvals' It should show only the approval state is 'requested' records

Hi

 

Once i click on 'My Approvals' under service desk. It should show only the approval state is 'requested' records. How to update that filter condition.

 

Can you please help on this. It will helpful.

Hi @mania ,
Left navigation edit the module click on pencil icon and update condition with state is requested and save it.It will replicate changes for all users.

Hi @mania 

 

You can click on edit module and under the Link Type section , you can add a filter condition to only show the records where State is Requested. Please refer to below snip for more information.

Easily do able but may I know the reason to change. 

 

You need to edit the module and add the condition:
