OOB errors messages are not translating

Hi Team,

can anyone help me here. OOB "Some fields are incomplete" is not getting translated on first load. I have created translation in sys UI message table as well.

should happen with OOB configuration itself

If it's not then it's a platform bug

while switching the translations not working @Ankur Bawiskar

try by logging or impersonating with other language user and see if that works
