The OOTB org chat appears to only show a 1-up manager. Is there a way to have the org chat go all the way up to the CEO/VP/etc?
In the screenshot above, I am looking at Erin, and the manager is Beatrice, and Beatrice's manager is Maria, but she is not on the list.
On top of that, when I search for Beatrice, I don't see Maria anywhere; all I see is Beatrice's direct report.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @JDX7913
I checked the same on my portal, and I can see up to the CEO level. I think there might be some configuration that needs to be done, or every user must have a manager assigned for it to work up to the N level. I believe logging a Now Support case would be a good idea here

Hi @JDX7913
I doubt there is any way to show 1/2 level more in org charts, and also, it shows only 1 level. In this case, please log a new support case with the team to get more clarity.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

@Dr Atul G- LNG, I appericate the feedback; however, shouldn't the 1 level still work for Beatrice? Shouldn't I be able to see Maria showing up as Beatrice's manager?

Thank you for that info! It looks like the demo instance I am using is the problem. When I open up a PDI, everything shows up as you had in the screenshot.
At least that narrows down the issue.
