Hi, we have just deployed ServiceNow and we need to repoint our PowerShell scripts to send email into our ServiceNow instance instead of the old system. In theory, it should be a simple as changing the Send To address.
For what ever reason, if the email is sent even from an existing caller email using Send-MailMessage cmdlet, it never makes it into ServiceNow.
