Options are not working on Incident record when I right click whearas for Problem records its working.

If it is PDI and still not work, better to release this instance and take a new one.

As per your sugesstion I have release current and tried with New instance still am seeing same issue on incident form.

opps... seems it can be a browser issue, it must work. Try your instance in other laptop/ browser.

Hi @SREENUM 

 

It happens when the form is not loaded correctly. It could be because of internet connection or uncaught reference error in browser console as well. Please try this in different browser. Also, you can take help from the below two KB Articles-
