Order guide delivery time need to change

I need to change or update the delivery time value in a order guide. My Order guide has four catalog item, among those 3 of them shows 2 days as delivery time. Newly replaced item's delivery time shows as 0 day, others were showing 2 days. So,  i need to update newly created item also show the delivery time as "2 days" as other existing item.

Can anyone help on this ...

You need to set the delivery date in workflow like this for new item
