Order Guide going blank after clicking choose options

We have an order guide that has rule bases under it. Based on the options selected on the form, rule bases execute based on conditions. 

This was working fine before, I believe after upgrading to madrid, after filling out the form and clicking choose options, the order guide just goes blank. a white screen shows up and nothing happens in the background as well. No request is created.

Any thoughts on this please?

I was able to figure out the issue, it was due to the rule base catalog item which was broken. Thanks for your reply though.

There was a list collector variable that was pointing to a table that was not existing.
