Hi Team,

Is this a multiple day event? is yes/no

if it is yes then it should display - How many days? (select box)

if it is 1 then

Select Date 1 - date field.

Enter Date 1 Time:  - label.

Start Time - textbox.

End time - textbox.

above all are mandatory.

in order guide i have used cascade variables but in rule base item these date fields variables not coming.

Hi @Vinya Jakkula,

Are you saying that the Date 1 variable is not being mapped to the variables in the catalog items?

Can you confirm that the name of the Date 1 variable is the same in the order guide and the catalog items?

If the names are not consistent across the items, you can either modify the name of the variables to be the same or create an item variable assignment to explicitly map the variables between an order guide and catalog items - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-servicenow-platform/page/product/service-catalog-man...

Cheers

I have used the variable set. Iam reusing that in catalog items.name of the variables are same.

Even if you are using a variable set within the catalog items, it should still work.

It works fine in my PDI:

First page of the order guide

Selected Catalog item:

You can see the date/time value has cascaded from the first page.

The two date/time variables have the same name and the one in the catalog item is part of a variable set.
