Our manageability is at 69% which is low

Hello,

I am a relatively new developer and I have been tasked with the request below.  Can you give me some general guidelines on how to find the requested information?  The request is as follows:                                                                 

Our manageability is at 69% and I need to find anything we are doing on the scripts (Script Includes, Business Rules, Client scripts) with the following syntax: 

1. Sys.log()
2. Eval()
3. Hardcode anything (e.g URLs of the instance, group names, service catalog name)
4. All the Before Business rules should not be doing any (UPDATE() or INSERT())
