I am exploring the development of a Performance Management System in ServiceNow and would like to understand the out-of-the-box (OOB) customizations available for key performance management functionalities. Specifically, I am looking for insights into:
- Goal Setting & Alignment: How does ServiceNow support goal creation, tracking, and alignment with organizational objectives?
- Feedback Management & Reviews: What OOB features are available for continuous feedback, performance reviews, and peer evaluations?
- Reward Management: Does ServiceNow offer any standard configurations for managing performance-based rewards and recognitions?
If anyone has experience implementing or customizing these features, I would appreciate insights on best practices and any limitations to be aware of.
