Out of the box problem and change management dashboard

Hi Team,

We would like to enable OOB problem and change management dashboard to all users.

Could any one help me with below queries...

Want to know is that part of problem and change management plugins (if yes which plug in)

or are those part of performance analytics (if yes which plugin )

Hi,

Type "Overview" in the SN Navigator and you will see many overview homepages for different applications like incident, problem, change, etc...

Convert each of them to dashboards and use the sharing option to share those dashboards to public or itil users.

Homepages will soon be deprecated, so you will have progressed toward that objective in converting those homepages.

Hi, 

Forgot to tell that once your overview homepages are converted to dashboards, you may use the pencil edit on the overview modules to now point to the new dashboards.

The link will look like:

$pa_dashboard.do?sysparm_dashboard=7539b3b11bba4510742d5313604bcb33&sysparm_cancelable=true&sysparm_editable=undefined&sysparm_active_panel=false

where you will have replaced the sysid in there by the one of your new dashboard.

Thanks for reply .. i do not see any Overview under incident, change, problem management ... To see that any plugin needs to be installed... we are very old customers and not installed many ITSM plugins

The plugin name is "Change Management Overview Homepage". It is a paid plugin.
