ServiceNow email (sent and received) is encrypted with opportunistic TLS. Are you asking about additional encryption of specific emails?

Hi
If you are using ServiceNow hosted email. When the mail servers try to deliver your mail they use opportunistic TLS. So TLS is used if its available on the mail server you are sending to. So the data is encrypted in transit.
If you mean SMIME or encrypting the email content, this is not supported Out Of Box. But maybe its possible if you customise your instance you can possibly do it. I haven't tried

Mohamad

Hi Mohamad,
We have a similar requirement. Do you have any suggestion on how we can build SMIME encryption for outbound emails.
Regards,
Karthik

The ServiceNow Idea portal allows you to enter your ideas for consideration.
Looks like S/MIME support is a request already in the Idea Portal and you can add your vote there.
