If you are not in favor of purchasing a subscription, then a custom solution would be required. This means the work that Spoke currently handles would need to be built from scratch. It could be more expensive, require more effort, and you might not receive support from SN if it doesn't work.

In short, you'd need to create a REST API, provide the endpoint URL, set up table and field mappings, map the state transitions/services, and much more.
