PA Indicator Unit Format

How can we create a new Unit to accept minutes and seconds in a manual indicator scoresheet?  For example: 0:07:26.

Time units can only be displayed either as Days, Hours and Minutes or as Days, Hours, Minutes and Seconds. I don't think you can use a different format or create custom units.
