I looked at the answers to this question from 2 years previous but would like to ask the question in reference to the newest version of ServiceNow.

Does Orlando have the ability to set up a child knowledge base to the parent knowledge base?

Hi

You can have any "Knowledge Base" side-by-side, but not in any hierarchy.

You can create "Knowledge Categories" (inside of Knowledge Bases), which can be nested (to build an hierarchy), and you can place your Articles inside of these Categories.

Any Service Portal can now have several Knowledge Bases attached and not just only ONE Knowlegde Base (the same as for Service Catalogs - Any Service Portal nowadays can have one or more Service Catalogs allocated).

Looking at Articles inside of the Knowledge Base, you can put any number of "Related Articles" to any KB Article.

Let me know if that answers your question and please mark my answer as correct and helpful.
