Passing values from RITM field to variable set which is on catalog task

Hi All , 

We have created a variable set "Business Fields" for a HR catalog item . In the variable set we have created a variable "Planned Estimated Hours" . on RITM we have a field "Planned Estimated Hours" . We need to pass the value from planned estimated hours which is on RITM to Planned Estimated Hours which is a variable in variable set and used on the catalog task .

Any ideas on code wise would be a great help

you can use before insert BR on sc_task and set the variable value in SC Task based on RITM field

how are you doing this? using workflow or flow?
