Password reset email not coming into mailbox

I'm trying to log into my personal dev instance and it's requiring me to reset my password, but the email is not actually getting sent to my mailbox. I've checked our quarantine, junk mail, clutter, and all folders including deleted. Nothing is there. I've tried getting it sent to me twice.

Seems like some funkiness with Chrome and the sites. It's refreshing the developer site if I'm already logged into the community, but when it loads the developer site it doesn't show I'm logged in and if I try to log in, I get the error about needing to reset my password. I have to then try AGAIN to open the developer site, at which point it refreshes again and then suddenly shows I'm logged in.

Hi Kristen,

In that case, you can try resetting the admin password for your PDI from ServiceNow developer site.

It was forcing me to reset my password just to log into the developer site - not the instance itself. But now it has allowed me to log in... I don't know what's going on. I find that if I'm logged into the community sometimes it logs me into developer automatically and sometimes it doesn't. This time it didn't, so I attempted to log in and then it said I had to reset my password, but every time I ask it to send me the link to reset it doesn't send the email. I tried to open the developer site again and this time it automatically logged me in.
