Password reset featured failed after verification

I try to configure the password reset functionality

 

I go to the login page, identification and verification is successful

 

Now I reset the password, but I get the below error

And I check the activity logs. I see an error as shown below

And I check the related flow "Password Reset Master Sub flow" and check the execution, there is an error "

Error: read access to sys_user not granted".

To note the flow is OOTB flow (not customized), Run as set to "System User", scope is Password reset flow

Im not sure why this error occurs.

I haven't checked this in my instance.

But did you go through docs and any videos on how it works?
