Hello everybody,
I'm currently having to look for a solution to reset the password on my client's AD using Servicenow.
Searching the documentation I found the 3 topics:
Password Reset The Password Reset application enforces strong and secure passwords by enabling end users to reset or change their passwords either by using the self-service process or by requesting the assistance of a service desk agent.
Password Reset for Virtual Agent Augment an end-user experience with Password Reset for Virtual Agent that handles common support issues, using pre-built conversations.
Password Reset Windows Application The Password Reset Windows Application enables a user, who forgets the password or is locked out of a Windows computer, to reset the password directly from the Windows login screen.
Could you explain to me better the difference between them? Or is it just the place where the reset occurs?
And you would also need to know if one of these 3 would be able to reset the user's password in AD.
If there is no way to reset the AD password using these methods, how could I do it?

The best fit for your requirement is to use Microsoft AD Spoke in Integration hub. To use this You should have Integration hub licence.
This spoke provides actions to change as well as reset AD password. You can go through the documentation available at below mentioned link.

@Matheus Rissi2 Yes, Integration Hub will have 3 subscription levels Standard, Professional and Enterprise.

Even if it was something more complex or laborious
