Hi @sthokal ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- wait - nobody can tell you how long it will take
- if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
best regards
Anders

If the message indicates that the instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance, it's advisable to wait for the maintenance activity to complete. Unscheduled maintenance may be performed to address unexpected issues or disruptions. You can try logging after sometime. I am able to login in to my PDI so i dont think this issue is for everyone.
Kindly mark helpful/accepted if it helps you.
Thanks

Hi @sthokal ,
There is no support for PDI so apart from waiting u cannot do anything unfortunately. If it still does not comes up then please release n get a new one. Also servicenow is performing some Datacentre migration for PDI where old PDI which belongs to old datacentre will be reclaimed.
Thanks,
Danish

Hi @sthokal
There is no PDI support available from SN.
It is very common issue from last 2-3 days.
If you can wait for few hrs, please wait and possibly you will get PDI back.
If not, then release this instance and take a new one and take regular back up to avoid any issue.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello @sthokal ,
PDIs go on regular maintenance for a specific time. You must wait for the maintenance to complete to reaccess your PDI. Also, you can see below the information message shown on the community banner to get more details.
Please mark 'Helpful' if it solves your concerns.
Regards,
Soumya
