PDI is not opening

Hello Team,

 

Everyday I'm trying to open the PDI. But it is not opening.

It is throwing the error "Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.".

 

I'm experiencing this issue past seven days onwards.

Could you please check and guide me what action i have to take from my end.

Hi @sulochana 

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

 

  1. wait - nobody can tell you how long it will take
  2. if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.
