Is anyone else's PDI stuck in "Waking Instance..."? I also see the message: "Your PDI is temporarily hibernating due to an infrastructure issue. Our team is working on a fix now." Is this a known ServiceNow outage, or should I restart my instance?

That sounds like a ServiceNow infrastructure issue, not something you caused. Check the ServiceNow status page for an active incident and avoid restarting repeatedly. If it continues after the issue is resolved, then try restarting your PDI.

Hi @akhilmanchi,

It's an ongoing issue from yesterday, so don't worry; it will be back soon.

This is the comment ServiceNow has given: Incident: Developer Site Restored and PDI Availability Issues

So sit back and chill 😉, as you may know, there is no support for the PDIs from ServiceNow, just to let you know.
